Craig Edwards: Director
Craig has worked in the Laser Cutting industry since 2001. He started his own company Laser Lab Wales Ltd in 2015 in Cardiff. The business expanded quickly and in 2017 Laser Lab Wales Ltd moved to bigger premises in Bridgend.
Sean Richards: Machine operator
Sean started working for Laser Lab Wales Ltd in June 2016 after completing a Level 3 Diploma in Fine Art in Cardiff.
Lucy Mattingley: Accounts and finance Manager
Lucy joined the team in September 2016. She has many years experience in customer relations, previously working for many years in the social housing industry.
Jason Evans: Machine operator
Jason joined the team in April 2017, he brings with his extensive experience in the manufacturing industry.
Christopher Pinchers:
Workshop engineer
Chris started work with Laser Lab Wales in August 2020, he has many years’ experience in engineering and manufacturing industry.

Andrew comes from an electrical design background and has extensive CAD design experience.
